At Charmed Bakehouse we really understand weddings. We know that your wedding day will be one of the most important days that you will experience. We understand that it can also be stressful and time consuming trying to find the perfect venue, wedding dress, suit hire etc. Charmed Bakehouse will take the stress out of finding the perfect wedding cake, from the initial wedding consultation right through to the delivery and setup.
We are passionate about what we do and this is reflected in our impeccable attention to detail. We work hard to create your cake with your style and ideas in mind ensuring that your cake/cupcake tower is a stunning centre piece that will truly complete your day.
After the consultation we will email you a quotation(s) for the design ideas discussed, giving you the time and space to decide whether you would like to proceed with an order. Having made your visit to Charmed Bakehouse, your wedding date will be held for 10 days to give you time to confirm your booking- if you wish to do so.

Charmed Bakehouse will produce a unique design to meet your specifications, whether contemporary, classical or elegant. We will guide you gently through the creation and design process and whether it be a chic and elegant, classic tiered cake or an intricate vintage furore of detail; Charmed Bakehouse can help create your perfect cake.
We can create a statement cake or a complimentary accent to your special day; either way we will give you the highest service with the best quality cake and design service available.

NOTICE REQUIRED
It is advised to order your cake well in advance of the date of your wedding. Charmed Bakehouse advises to order a minimum of 6 months in advance.
DEPOSIT
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the value of your wedding order is required within 10 days of your wedding consultation to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be deducted from the final value of your order. If the deposit is not received within 10 days the booking will be deemed cancelled and the date will be released back to the general public.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. If the final balance for your wedding cake is not received we will not proceed with the order.
HIRE OF STANDS
HIRE OF STANDS
If hiring
one of Charmed Bakehouse’s cupcake stands, a security deposit of £50 is
payable that is refundable in full on the safe return of the stand. It is the
customer's responsibility to arrange for someone to return the stand to us
within two working days. If the stand is not returned within the stated
timeframe, or if the stand is lost or damaged in any way, the deposit will not
be refunded.
DELIVERY & SET UP
Displaying your cake/cupcakes is one of the focal points of your special day. We strongly recommend that we deliver and set up your wedding cake for you. Tiered cakes in particular can be very fragile and it is important that they are transported and handled correctly. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius from our premises in Lisburn. Each mile outside of the 10 mile radius will be charged at 50p a mile. There is also a small set up charge of £10. We will deliver your cake on the morning of your wedding and ensure that it is displayed correctly and safely.
Cakes may also be collected, in which case, every effort will be made to ensure the cake is as stable as possible, however Charmed Bakehouse cannot accept liability for any damage to the cake during transportation. Please seek our advice on how to transport your cake or cupcakes and we recommend you check your wedding insurance covers cake damage.
